Anthony is very positive about the property market in Port Elizabeth and surrounding area. “So much is happening at Coega and the manufacturing and associated industries,” he says. 

Anthony has 23 years experience in the property market, 21 of which have been as an active estate agent and sales manager. 18 years ago he joined Chris van der Walt Properties and has recently become one of the three partners of the business.  

The 50-year-old Anthony has spent his entire life in Port Elizabeth which ensures he has comprehensive knowledge of the property market here and he can use this know-how as a means of securing the best possible property profile for all his clients. 

After matriculating from Grey High School, he attended hotel school, did his in-house training with a well-known hotel chain and spent the next five years working in the hotel industry. 

Fortunately for the property industry, Anthony joined a family business for housing development in 1986 and became a partner in a property agency two years later. 

Five years on, he joined Chris van der Walt Properties and today he is a multiple sales award winner. He specialises in residential sales of flats, townhouses and houses throughout Port Elizabeth. 

He loves the daily interaction with people and excitement of seeing lovely properties which his job supplies him with.
